IronHealth appoints president of health care unit

Ironshore Inc. said Tuesday that Lainie R. Dorneker has been named president of IronHealth, the health care professional liability unit.
Ms. Dorneker, who is based in Chicago, assumes the role from Matthew Dolan, who was recently named president of Ironshore U.S. operations. She will continue to report to Mr. Dolan, Ironshore Inc. said in a statement.
Ms. Dorneker joined Ironshore in 2009 as product manager for IronHealth’s custom account facility. She most recently served as chief operating officer of IronHealth.
