BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

AssuredPartners announces new fiscal management structure

AssuredPartners Inc. continued its management restructuring on Tuesday, announcing the promotions of Gerald Budde to Eastern regions chief financial officer and Lisa Kammerer to Western regions CFO.

Mr. Budde will report to newly appointed Eastern Regions President Steve Deal, and Ms. Kammerer will report to newly appointed Western Regions President Randy Larsen, the Lake Mary, Florida-based brokerage said in a statement.

Based in Cincinnati, Mr. Budde was CFO at Neace Lukens, which was acquired by AssuredPartners in 2011. He was most recently the CFO of AssuredPartners’ Midwest region.

Ms. Kammerer, who is based in Golden, Colorado, was CFO for AirSure Ltd. when it was acquired by AssuredPartners in 2014 and became CFO for AssuredPartners’ aerospace platform.

This latest announcement follows last week’s news that Messrs. Deal and Larsen had been appointed to their positions as part of a new management structure.

AssuredPartners, an acquisitive, private-equity backed brokerage, is the 13th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s latest ranking.
