To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Russia declares state of emergency in Far East following cyclone

Russia has declared a state of emergency in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, on Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East, after a cyclone disrupted transport in the region, TASS reported. Several flights at the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport were delayed or canceled, while bus and train services were suspended due to zero visibility. The cyclone struck the Sakhalin Island on March 2.
