BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Fines issued by the Information Commissioners' Office on companies for breach of data protection and anti-spam regulations grew 58% year over year to nearly £5 million ($6.9 million) last year in the United Kingdom, Business Matters reported. The office punished 104 companies for breaching the regulations. Steve Eckersley, head of enforcement at the ICO, said that the office has imposed fines worth more than £8.7 million since August 2015.
