BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Julie Anne Genter, New Zealand's associate transport minister, said that the amount of compensation that can be claimed from firms responsible for oil spills has been increased to $1.5 billion New Zealand ($1 billion) from NZD 411 million, TVNZ.co.nz reported. The parliament passed the Maritime Transport Amendment Bill on Dec. 11. "The bill will ensure that in the event of an oil spill from a tanker there is significantly more compensation made available to deal with any clean up," Ms. Genter said.
