BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission has fined U.S.-based digital technology company Qualcomm Inc. $23.4 billion Taiwan ($773 million) over the way the firm prices mobile phone chips and patents, Bloomberg reported. Qualcomm has been violating antitrust rules for at least seven years and has collected TWD 400 billion in licensing fees from local firms during the period, the FTC said. Qualcomm has monopoly market status over key mobile phone standards and has violated local laws by refusing to provide products to clients who do not agree with its conditions, the FTC added.
