QBE Insurance (Malaysia) Berhad has appointed Chris Kurinsky as its new chief executive, The Star reported. Prior to joining QBE, Mr. Kurinsky was head of sales and direct marketing, consumer lines, at Chubb Insurance (China) Co. Ltd. "Chris is inheriting a strong business in Malaysia, which is an integral part of our Emerging Markets Division and remains a key part of our profitable growth strategy," said Mark Lingafelter, managing director at QBE Asia Pacific.
