To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Suncorp ups takeover bid for Tower to more than $170 million

Australia-based insurer Suncorp Group Ltd. has made an improved takeover bid for New Zealand-based insurer Tower Ltd. and is now offering more than $236 million New Zealand ($172 million) from about NZD 219 million previously, News.com.au reported. Suncorp already owns a nearly 20% stake in Tower through its unit Vero Insurance New Zealand Ltd.
