BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Losses from cyclone Doris likely to reach $280 million: PERILS

Switzerland-based catastrophe insurance market data provider PERILS A.G. has said that cyclone Doris caused an estimated €249 million ($278 million) insurance and reinsurance losses, Artemis.bm reports. PERILS had earlier predicted that the cyclone would result in €213 million of insured and reinsured losses. The cyclone struck the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany in February.
