Cyclone Debbie insurance bill surpasses $650 million

Data from the Insurance Council of Australia showed that insurers have received more than 56,000 claims for cyclone Debbie, with insurance losses totaling $900 million Australia ($670 million), Artemis.bm reports. Swiss Re Ltd. estimates total insured losses from the cyclone to reach $1.3 billion.
