BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Scotland transport minister Humza Yousaf caught driving without car insurance

Scotland’s transport minister Humza Yousaf is telling fellow Scots to check their insurance paperwork before getting behind the wheel after he was caught driving without insurance, according to an article in the Scottish Sun.

Mr. Yousef told reporters he made an “honest mistake” after a routine roadside check on Friday revealed he was driving a friend’s car when he was not insured to drive other vehicles. He blamed a paperwork mix-up related to the breakdown of his marriage for the “embarrassing” incident, the Sun newspaper reported.

“I believed I was in possession of fully comprehensive insurance …,” he reportedly told the Sun. “If I had had even the slightest doubt about my insurance I would not have driven the car. Unfortunately, on investigation, it appears that following the breakup of my marriage and transfer of ownership of our car, I did not complete the process of taking over as the main policyholder.”

He is not contesting the violation, which “underlines the importance of being properly insured at all times,” he said.
