BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

VIG completes acquisition of AXA's Serbian units

Austria-based Vienna Insurance Group A.G. has completed the acquisition of French insurer AXA S.A.'s Serbian nonlife and life insurance subsidiaries, SeeNews reported. VIG received the final regulatory approval for the purchase of AXA Nezivotno Osiguranje a.d.o. Beograd and AXA Zivotno Osiguranje a.d.o. Beograd. Meanwhile, VIG's pre-tax profit from Serbian operations increased 22% year over year to $2.6 million in the first nine months of the year.
