Nonlife insurance market grows 11.8% in H1 in Lithuania

Data by Lithuania's central bank has showed that the nonlife insurance market in the country grew 11.8% year on year to €230 million ($255 million) in the first half of 2016, The Baltic Course reported.

Nonlife insurance premiums accounted for 69.7% of the total premiums.

Property insurance, comprehensive auto insurance and motor third party liability insurance accounted for 78.5% of the overall nonlife insurance market.
