BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker L.L.P. on Tuesday said it has added a national insurance coverage team of 11 former Tressler L.L.P. attorneys in three of the law firm’s offices.

The team will primarily represent insurers in coverage matters, extra-contractual liability, bad faith and reinsurance matters, Wilson Elser said in a statement.

In Chicago, new hires include Michael Duffy, who has been named partner. Ashley Conaghan and Abigail Rocap join as associates.

In Los Angeles, Paul White, David Simantob and Linda Tai Hoshide all have joined as partners.

In Florham Park, New Jersey, Mark Vespole, Joanna Crosby, Kathleen Williams, Katherine Tammaro join as partners. Matthew Major joins as an associate.

The team will be led by Messrs. Duffy, White, Simantob and Vespole, all partners, according to the statement.

“Like Wilson Elser, this team’s insurance coverage practice is truly national in scope and reputation,” Daniel J. McMahon, Wilson Elser chairman said in the statement. “Their addition to the practice further deepens our already strong bench of attorneys in one of the firm’s core practice areas and will provide our clients with a wealth of experience in all facets of insurance coverage and bad faith matters.”
