U.S.-based American Steamship Owners Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association, Inc. has made a strategic investment in American Hellenic Hull Insurance Co. Ltd., a new Cyprus-based hull insurer, reports Marine Log.
The investment will allow further expansion into the global hull and machinery segment, the American Club said. "American Hellenic is an investment in the American Club's future and is yet a further step in expanding and diversifying the club's product line," said an official at the American Club.
