The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers have urged the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority and other government agencies to make it mandatory for all airlines in the country to have adequate insurance, reported Nigeria's BusinessDay.

The council said that every airline must have insurance coverage considering the recurring crashes.
