BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Vienna Insurance Group's Romanian premiums up 17%

Austria-based Vienna Insurance Group's Romanian operation posted a 17.6% increase in gross premiums written to €194.2 million ($224 million) in the first half of 2015 from the same period in 2014, reported Romania-Insider.com.

In Romania, VIG owns Asigurare Romaneasca-Asirom S.A., Omniasig Vienna Insurance Group S.A. and BCR Asigurari de Viata S.A. They turned in a combined 16.4% increase in written property/casualty insurance premiums increased to €160.2 million during the period.
