George Davis, an official at South Africa-based Risk Benefit Solutions (Pty) Ltd., has said that infrastructure development and construction projects are at risk due to climate change, Cape Business News reported.

These projects are prone to losses in absence of proper risk management, said Mr. Davis. Climate change is increasing the complexity of project risk management for construction sites, said Mr. Davis. Floods are increasingly affecting South Africa and financial losses are increasing in the country, said Mr. Davis.
