Travel industry technology firm Sabre Corp. on Monday said it has learned of a cyber security incident involving servers managed by a third party.
The Southlake, Texas-based company said in an emailed statement that it is conducting an investigation of the incident, which was reported late last week.
The company said in its statement that while it is not aware of any sensitive protected information, such as credit card data, that has been compromised, “We are committed to protecting sensitive information, and we are being assisted by experts that specialize in cyber security. We will share additional information as appropriate.”
