BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Lloyd's urged to improve data flow

Beazley P.L.C. CEO Andrew Horton says that Lloyd’s of London should improve its data flow, reports Bloomberg.

Lloyd’s should look at overhauling the way in which it handles trade information in order to be competitive, he said.

“What Lloyd’s needs to do, with brokers’ support, is to improve that data flow. That will make the market much more efficient and open to other brokers”, he said.
