BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A state of emergency has been declared in Russia's Sochi city that hosted the Winter Olympics in 2014 after torrential rains led to flash flooding, reports BBC News.
Floods prompted closure of Sochi International Airport. A Formula 1 circuit in the city's Adler district has also been flooded. Environmental officials told Interfax that the city received more than three weeks' worth of rain in an hour. No casualties have been reported.
