To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

India's GIC Re exposed to Nepal quake damage

The recent 7.9-magnitude earthquake that hit Nepal will affect General Insurance Corp. of India, reports Asia Insurance Review citing The Economic Times.

GIC Re constitutes about a quarter of the total insurance in Nepal. The United States Geological Survey has estimated the total economic losses from the quake to be between $1 billion and $10 billion. India's state-owned Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. and National Insurance Co. also have exposure in the quake-hit country through branches.
