BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Jonathan Evans named non-executive chair of Allied World's Lloyd's managing agency

Switzerland-based Allied World Assurance Co. Holdings A.G. has announced the appointment of Jonathan Evans to its board of directors, Bernews reported.

Allied World has also appointed Mr. Evans as non-executive chairman of its Lloyd's managing agency, Allied World Managing Agency Ltd. Mr. Evans' "knowledge and understanding across a broad range of financial services," and "his extensive experience in Europe and with the U.K. national government, will be valuable as we take the business forward in the coming years," an Allied World official said.
