BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Insurers in India might consider diluting domestic promoters' stake or increasing foreign promoters' stake, reports The Hindu BusinessLine.

Following the rules recently released by India's Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, insurers have now started discussions on raising the foreign promoters' stake, an official said.

Insurers have been waiting for rules from government on the ways in which foreign promoters can raise stake in domestic insurers.
