Breckenridge Insurance Group Inc. has appointed Jino Masone to the newly formed role of chief operating officer.
Based in Annapolis, Maryland, Mr. Masone will oversee the sales, marketing, technology and enterprise solutions practices for Breckenridge, the Kennesaw, Georgia-based brokerage said in a statement Thursday.
Mr. Masone joins from Zurich North America where he headed sales, marketing and distribution in the firm’s programs business unit, according to the statement.
“As a highly regarded product distribution expert, Jino’s talents are numerous, and his strategic perspective is welcome at this juncture in our company’s growth plans,” Breckenridge CEO Tracey Carragher said in the statement.
Former energy specialists at Aon P.L.C., Marsh L.L.C. and Lockton Cos. L.L.C. are joining JLT Specialty Insurance Services Inc.’s energy risk team in Houston, the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group P.L.C. unit said Monday.
