To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

Fitch Ratings Ltd. has said in a report that El Salvador's insurance industry will see 9% growth in 2015, reported Elmundo.com.sv.
The rating agency estimated that the country's insurance sector would have recorded a growth of 8% in 2014.
