Brazil: Itau Unibanco to continue offloading non-core insurance units

Roberto Setubal, CEO of Brazil's Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. said that the bank would continue selling its non-core insurance assets, reports Reuters.

The bank looks to focus on its insurance businesses in low-risk segments, Mr. Setubal said.

Itau sold its high-risk corporate insurance unit to ACE Ltd. for $680 million in July.
