BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Francisco Ferreira, chief economist for Africa at the World Bank, has said that the effects of Ebola on Sub-Saharan Africa's economy is expected to be about $3 billion to $4 billion, reported Reuters.
The cost is much less than the previous estimated worst-case scenario of $32 billion, said Mr. Ferreira. The estimate was reduced "because of the success of containment in some countries," said Mr. Ferreira. The epidemic has had a severe effect on food security and work in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia, said the World Bank.
