To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A 5.6-magnitude earthquake that hit the Pacific shook buildings in Peru's capital city Lima and affected cellphone services, Reuters reported.
No damage or injuries have been reported. The U.S. Geological Survey said the tremor hit 7.45 miles southwest of a town near Lima.
The quake was not huge enough to activate tsunami alerts, the Peruvian Navy said.
