New Marsh CFO to take position March 1, 2015

Courtney Leimkuhler will become chief financial officer of Marsh L.L.C. on March 1, 2015, the Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. unit announced Thursday.
Ms. Leimkuhler has served as CFO of Marsh’s U.S. and Canada Division since December 2013. Before joining Marsh, Ms. Leimkuhler spent nine years at NYSE Euronext, where most recently she led corporate strategy and implementation and was responsible for all mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and divestitures.
Ms. Leimkuhler will succeed CFO Paul Malvasio, who is retiring in March.
“Courtney is a proven leader with world-class financial acumen and strategic business capabilities. Her extensive experience with acquisitions and her unique background will add significant value in positioning Marsh for the future,” said Peter Zaffino, president and CEO of Marsh, in a statement.
Ms. Leimkuhler will continue to be based in New York.
