To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

AXA inks $174 million deal for Polish bank's insurance unit

Poland-based mBank S.A. is selling its insurance unit BRE TUiR to AXA Group S.A. for €135 million ($174 million), reported Reuters.

The Polish bank has also signed a 10-year insurance distribution agreement with AXA and has said that it wants to focus on its primary banking business. PKO BP S.A., Poland's biggest bank, is also looking to sell off half of its insurance business.
