Insurance expert Khayal Mammadkhanli has said that tax and financial incentives are needed for the development of agricultural insurance in Azerbaijan, AzerNews reported citing Trend Agency.
Mr. Mammadkhanli said Azerbaijan could provide subsidies for agriculture insurance.
