China: Railway station site in Xinjiang catches fire

A fire engulfed 600 square meters of an unfinished railway station in China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Xinhua reported.

Local authorities said no casualties have been reported. The station, costing 160 million Chinese yuan ($26 million), is slated to come on line at the end of this year, reports Xinhua.
