Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. said most of the losses from the theft of about 6.5 billion South Korean won ($6.4 million) worth of goods from a plant in Sao Paulo, Brazil, will be covered by insurance, Bloomberg reported.

The press office of the state civil police force said that around 20 thieves entered the company's factory in Campinas city and stole 40,000 units of products, including tablet computers, mobile phones and laptops.
