Nigeria: Civil aviation authority orders minimum insurance cover for agencies

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority has ordered the country’s aviation agencies to maintain minimum insurance cover ranging from $20 million to $250 million for their operations, reports the Nigerian Tribune.

An NCAA executive said the Federal Airports Authority is expected to have a minimum cover of $100 million and $250 million for each local and international airport, respectively, the Nigerian Tribune reported.
