Insurance broker MDS plans to expand to Mozambique, Cape Verde

Insurance broker MDS Insure is looking at expanding to Mozambique and Cape Verde in 2014, Dias da Fonseca, the company’s chief executive, said.

Mr. Fonseca told Portuguese financial daily Diário Económico that the project to expand into Portuguese-speaking African countries "is immediate," Macau Hub reported. MDS, which set up a business in Angola in 2013, registered revenues of €51 million ($70 million) in 2013.
