BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Taltson hydroelectric plant in the Northwest Territories had to be shut down recently due to a forest fire, officials said. A total of 123 forest fires have been registered this fire season, with at least 92 still burning, CBC.ca reported.
Bill Mawdsley, director of forest management with the Department of Environment in Fort Smith, said "we're observing extreme drought." Mr. Mawdsley added that "everything right from the mineral soil right to the top of the trees is burning."
