Mexican insurer MAPFRE Tepeyac S.A. is providing insurance for three state-owned aircraft for a period of one year starting from Jun. 30 2014, reports e-consulta.com.

The deal value is around 3.6 million Mexican pesos ($277,920).

Risks covered under the policy include vandalism, riots and acts of sabotage and terrorism.
