BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Allianz report highlights risks related to construction of super-tall towers

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty A.G. in a recent report discussed the challenges involved in constructing super-tall towers and how risks associated with such projects present challenges for insurers as well, reports The Construction Index.

Clive Trencher, senior risk consultant at AGCS, said the risks include flash flooding and fire risk. Ahmet Batmaz, global head of engineering risk consulting at AGCS, said "claims and risk consulting services are particularly important on a construction site with close evaluation of past claims often essential in preventing future claims."
