BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

South Africa: Risk Benefit Solutions sells 25% stake to Nadeson Investments

Nadeson Investments Pty. Ltd. has acquired a 25% stake in South Africa's Risk Benefit Solutions Pty. Ltd., which has more than 5,000 corporate and commercial clients, for an undisclosed sum, BizNis Africa reported.

The deal will enable brokerage Risk Benefit Solutions to receive a level 4 Black Economic Empowerment rating. Michael Petersen, chief executive of Risk Benefit Solutions, said the "transaction will further assist and facilitate broad-based empowerment within" the insurance industry.
