Algeria: Compagnie Centrale de Reassurance' net profit up 30% in 2013

Algerian reinsurer Compagnie Centrale de Reassurance S.p.A. recorded a 30% year-on-year increase in net profit to 2.6 billion Algerian dinars ($33 million) in 2013, Middle East Insurance Review reported.

The reinsurer registered a turnover of DZD 20.3 billion, up 23%. Total equity at the end of 2013 reached DZD 20.6 billion.
