High terror risk for 2022 Qatar World Cup, reports say

FIFA chiefs were warned that there was a 'high risk' of a terror attack if the 2022 World Cup was held in Qatar, it has been claimed.

The Sunday Times has reported that leaked emails cast serious questions over the fairness of the bidding process. It has been alleged that FIFA handed the 2022 tournament to Qatar despite other nations being assessed as having a 'low to moderate risk', reports the Daily Mail.
