Japanese nonlife insurers see improved loss ratios: Fitch

Fitch Ratings Inc. has said in a report that Japan's nonlife insurers saw an improvement in loss ratios for the fiscal year ended Mar. 31 2014 because of good premium growth and lower claims in automobile business units, Asia Insurance Review reported.

But the ratings agency expects slower premium growth and other factors to slow improvements in their performances for current fiscal year.
