BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Members of the General Insurance Association of Malaysia will simplify the personal accident insurance claims process for coverage related to passengers and crew of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, Malaysian newspaper The Star reported.
They will also take steps to ensure that claims are "paid out speedily," the association's chairman Chua Seck Guan said.
Family members only have to submit a completed claims form and some relevant documents, the association said.
No death certificate would be required.
