Russian insurer AlfaStrakhovanie's shareholders approve sale of stake in Ukrainian unit

Shareholders of Russian insurer AlfaStrakhovanie Group have approved the sale of the insurer's 50% stake in its Ukrainian subsidiary PJSC Alfa Strakhuvannya to the Ukrainian unit of Russia's Alfa Group Consortium, reports Forinsurer.
Alfa-Bank Ukraine is acquiring the shares through Cyprus-based Innocast Holdings Ltd.
Innocast holds 99.99% of the shares in the Alfa Strakhuvannya.
