India: At least 40 dead as trains collide in Uttar Pradesh

At least 40 people have been killed and more than 150 injured when a passenger train rammed into a stationary goods train in Uttar Pradesh, police and railway officials said.

The incident is the latest to highlight India's ailing infrastructure, Reuters reported.

Nineteen people recently died when a train derailed in Maharashtra.
