To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

Fosun completes takeover of Portuguese insurer Caixa Seguros

China's Fosun International Ltd. recently completed the takeover of Portugal-based insurer Caixa Seguros e Saude S.A., reports Hexun.com.

The deal, which saw Fosun acquire an 80% stake in Caixa Seguros, includes 80% of share capital and voting rights of Caixa Seguros' subsidiaries Fidelidade Companhia de Seguros S.A., Multicare Seguros de Saúde S.A. and Cares Companhia de Seguros S.A.

A Portuguese insurance regulatory official said the move will boost Fosun's and Caixa's international footprint.
