Brazil: Insurance regulator to release 2013 market figures

Brazilian insurance watchdog Susep is set to release the nation's 2013 insurance market figures before the World Cup begins, BNamericas reported.

A Susep source said the regulator is working to release the data on Jun. 9 2014.

The watchdog had introduced a revision to the reporting methodology used by Brazilian insurers and stopped issuing data in November 2013 to give firms time to adjust, BNamericas reports.
