China: Insurance regulator to simplify administrative review in Shanghai trade zone

The China Insurance Regulatory Commission is to further pursue plans to develop insurance operations in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, reports Hexun.com.

The regulator will take steps to simplify the process of administrative reviews for insurers in the zone.

The regulator has also reiterated plans to develop shipping insurance in the zone and will help promote the Shanghai Shipping Insurance Association.
