Honda is to recall 31,226 cars in India for a possibly defective braking system, reports Indian business newspaper Mint.
A potential fault related to the proportioning valve was noted, Honda's Indian unit said.
This valve adjusts the rate of increase in the pressure on rear brakes, reports Mint. The recalled cars are the Brio and the Amaze sedan.
The carmaker said "inspection and replacement would be carried out free of cost."
